Create access DPD (MyDPDCloud)

The connection to MyDPDCloud is made exclusively via the API interface of DPD

Requirements

  • Customer account with DPD
  • Unlocked MyDPD Cloud interface(see below)

What access data is required?

The following access data is required by DPD:

  • Cloud User ID (5)
  • User Token (5)

Hint:

The required data"Cloud User ID" and"User Token" do not correspond to your login data in the DPD portal.

Where do I get the access data?

The API access data " Cloud User ID " and " User Token " can only be obtained from your DPD customer support. You cannot create or view these data in the DPD customer portal.

  1. Request your API access data from DPD by mail. To do this, send an e-mail with the following data:

    Recipient: it@dpd.de

    Subject: Activation API Cloud Webservice (myDPDCloud)

    Mail text: Dear Sir or Madam,

    please activate our customer number: XXXXXXX for the Cloud Webservice.
    Used interface: "OscWare".



  2. As soon as you have received the access data by mail, please enter them into the OscWare configuration under step 1(see above).


  3. Afterwards restart OscWare once.

Hint:

It is very important that you mention in the email that the interface is called "OscWare", otherwise the wrong interface with wrong permissions will be unlocked at DPD.

Create access in OscWare

  1. In the OscWare configuration, an access must be added in the "Logistics" area.

    The access name (3) can be freely assigned.

  2. As soon as the account has been created, the API access data can be stored.

  3. As soon as all data are stored, the connection to DPD can be checked via the button"Connection test".

  4. Complete the configuration with"Finish".

  5. Afterwards restart OscWare once.
